Since using your program, I have increased my 3rm on flat bench almost 15lbs in almost 3 weeks.. I can't keep up with the program :( but I can definately see improvement
 
I also know her first and last name so I could probably find out where she lives and stalk her!

Monday (Week 1) (Week 2)

Sets 3x3

Benchpress 330 340
Incline Press 330 340
Decline press 330 340
Dumbell Press 115 115

Thursday (Week 1) (Week 2)

Auxillary bench day

sets x reps 5x5

Close grips 245 265
db inclines 80 85

sets x reps 5x10

front delt raises 30 32.5
Side delt raises 30 32.5
rear delt raises 30 32.5

The first week was VERY difficult for me but I did them all.. chest was throbbing thursday but banged out the aux.. 2nd week was just as hard and going on 3rd now.. I have afeeling it will suck just as bad

lol I'm about as far from the stalking type as they come.. hence why I spit no e game.. she has my name too but mine is a lot more common than hers :rainbow:
 
can you beat my numbers so far?

I seriously can barely stick my arms str8 out in front of me. i love it! I'm even doing this natural w/ a little help of some dbol!

that was the joke, I am using some dbol for 5 weeks to boost those str gains.. then keep upping the weight when I'm coming off and keep more str gains.. I am really pleased with my gains so far, never really pushed myself this hard I guess
 
clock, if the first week was difficult, you might want to lower the goal a bit. or stick to the same numbers for 2 weeks before moving up.
you're doing good so far. :)

haha I already lowered my goal.. It was 400 but I couldn't do 340 the first week so I lowered it to 390. My previous bench was 375 2rm.. I added some dbol so I should be okay, I may stay w/ same weights for another week so I don't risk a tear

you know you're entering in your THREE rep max goal though, right? not your 1rm.
i think you've still raised it a bit high. IIRC, your 3rm was 350? I'd raise it now to 375. if it works- a 25lb increase on your 1rm is a lot.

yea I realized that when I entered 400 .. I may have to lower my goal but I like to see results fast and the dbol has really helped that since I've been pounding my chest so hard.. since I worry about a tear I may lower it like a pussy :(

no, that's smart.
it takes a LONG time to recover from a tear, and you're already going too heavy.

can you post more details about this routine?

so monday and thursday are pressing days, where do back and legs fit in, id like to see the full routine if possible, it looks appetizing

well i modified it for the clockwork- it's a powerlifting routine.
yes, there are two bench days, and one each for deads and squats, although i didn't modify those days, or even discuss them with him.

I squeeze in tri's on Monday and thursday, not real hard as I am nearly dead after this chest routine. I do back and bi's on wed and fri and legs on saturday... I am really focusing on my chest right now as I want to raise my bench 10-15 more lbs. I hit abs 3 x a week and shoulders whenever I feel like it, most of the time once a week usually saturday
