Steroid Therapy on 60 Minutes... A Question about the Show

yea, but u only live once and ur gonna die from something. main thing is to be careful with what u do. GH use is more advanced for a reason, more risks.

For sure, I'm all for the GH when I'm in my 40's or 50's. It just needs to be used responsibly.

i agree mostly with johnnywests post,,again depends on the type of cancer and what it is responsive to, AAS would speed up replication of prostate cancer cells..

I agree, there are exceptions to almost everything, but for the mostpart I think what I said applies. There are tumors dependent on certain hormones, but for tumors that are independent (like lung, liver, kidney, etc, etc) AAS should not affect, however GH/IGF logically may spped up the replication process of those cancerous cells.

Really, what it boils down to is this. AAS, GH, whatever, are all very different. I mean, Winny does different things than Deca, etc.....so, it is hard to say yes these will cause this and those will cause that. Some people get gyno, some don't, some have prostate problems, some don't. Combine that with Family history, genetics, lifestyle choices, and other things that lead to cancer(and other diseases), and there is basically no way to tell how you will respond. I know I take a risk, but it is worth it too me. If I'm 65 and still want to be active, I'll be HRT'in it until I'm dead. I wanna LIVE while I'm alive....if you know what I mean.
