steroid myths, feel free to add to the list

I think people have to understand the Anxiety issues of AAS to...especially at a time when you are going through some personal problems....be strong people....mentally also

That you should get your advice from anyone but needto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok going a bit far but almost on the money. If you are getting your advice from some one who only repeat the same shit said 10 years ago then what you have is a retard on your hands. SOme one with such a pea sized brain they can only repeat things they have heard over and over again by other retards that are as retarded as they are. If they have no ability to learn and except new things then do not bother listening to a word they have to say. Every thing they say is as worthless as the brain they used to say it with.. OVER!!

i've made the mistake of be-friending people at the gym... older fellas who still use 1975 ways of training who constantly give me advice and don't seem to grasp that my goals are different from their same routine twice a week strategy.

+1, 26? c'mon....I have a friend who's 46 who busts his ass twice a day in the gym, my cousin is almost 50 and has one of the best physiques you'll ever see.....and don't forget Radar...

Hey RADAR, I'm right behind you. I'm contemplating entering a Masters show for over 60 in a few years. How much competition can there be?! lol! Actually, there are more and more guys who are pretty buffed at 60. Very different from not too long ago.

Nelson you and Radar give me hope that I have many years left to enjoy this sport! My hats off to you bros.

The best thing about this sport is you keep getting better, I fell down some steps a couple of months back a normal person would have had a couple of bones broken,i wiped my self off and brushed it off like it was no biggie!

nice, you are a beast. any other 60 year old would of been in the hospital for a week falling like that. i know plenty of people in their 40's and 50's who smoke, drink, look and feel like crap with big beer bellies.. what a waste.

its so true the older you get the more experience and the more you learn your body. in my 30's i look back and i have learned so much and i'm learning more and more as i log gym hours.
