starting the build

Ok so I'm staring my first cycle now and would like some insight. I'm taking in 4500 calories/day, 50mg of dbol and 150mg of prop a day. This is my first cycle and I would like to start off right, should I add any other supplements, increase the amount of what I'm about to take, or am I on the right track?? Thanks

How long you been training?

weight? bf%?

what does your diet look like?

Do you know what PCT is? (I haven't seen you mention it)
 
I'm 26, I have about 6 percent bodyfat, I've been training just to stay cut and in shape for about 4 years and decided since a lot of my buddies have gotten big from gear I'd like to check it out. I just don't know if I'm heading the right way so I wanna ask others who are knowlegable bc my friends seem to have gotten amazing results but the more people I talk too the better I feel about it. I train 4 days/wk right now and I I got clomid but haven't used any yet

you can use clomid for pct if you want but that alone is pretty shitty. you need to have some adex .25 - .5 eod as an anti-e while you are on cycle. you should at least add some supliments to your pct there are a lot of them out there. i like sustain alpha. thats a lot of test for some people. for me its good im on a 300mg eod and 50 mg ed dbol cycle right now. but since its your first run and you dont know how you will react to it you may want to consider a lower dose 150- 200mg eod you can always bump it up after a couple weaks. you may also want to consider some cycle support.
 
doses are abit on the high side for first cycle but its not unheard of...
many people do 1000 mg test a wk as 1st cycles belive it or not
