Starting Clen

I am starting Clen today and as you can imagine, with all the info out there, it has been confusing. I am 36, Female and 55 pounds overweight. I do exercise and eat well, but my weight is very stubborn and hard to keep off if I don't stick to a very restrictive weight loss regimen.

I typically work out at 5 am and do 1 1/2 hrs HARD cardio and strength train, both 6 days a week.

After all the reading, etc. I have decided to take it post workout (45 min cardio + strength train) and after breakfast.

I am starting at 20mcg for this cycle and gradually increasing/decreasing. The next cycle will start at the typical 40mcg.

Anything I'm missing?

If you're 55 pounds overweight, clen is not a miracle cure. I would recommend you NOT use clen @ this point, maybe ever.

Instead, post your diet and training routine and we can help you with your goals naturally.

check waking body temp,,adjust dosages until you reach 98-99degrees
 
you have to cycle as it loose its effect after 2 straight weeks i usuallly do it 2 week on 1 off
 
Why don't you try an ECA cycle first?


+1...being overweight can cause a lot of health problems on it's own. This is NOT a person who should be using clen......

no comment on the clen but why only do cardio in the am? i would add it before bed to.

Please research a bit more. Post up your diet plan and I'm sure we can help. Make sure you understand the sides, which are serious and at least consider other options. Many say Clen above 12% BF is a waste and even dangerous...

meh i used to like clen till about a year ago .. i would improve diet and training and use lipoflame instead .. much safer and diet and cardio are so far above the rest in importance for results, i d focus on that instead
 
id say use lipoflame and lipostim first, www.agxsports.com, and see how that goes. im not a bodybuilder, never used AS but i have tried clen and its not worth it in my opinion, the first two weeks went great, took 2 off and then started again and got irregular heat beats and a pain in my left side so i stopped and switched to lipoflame/stim, surprisingly i got almost as good results. the key part to losing fat is diet though, i thought i had a clean diet before i actually tried to lose fat, but i didnt.. and once i cleaned it up i lost a ton of fat, fast.. if you insist on using clen, my suggestion would be to use lipoflame for a while with a clean diet and once you hit a plateu and the weight stops coming off quickly, possibly use the clen

seriously i'd almost advise methamphetamine over clen.

no not really, but seriously clen is bad news bears. not even b/c it's dangerous, just the sides are shittyyyyyyy... god the shaking and the palpitations... ick. i'd rather be fat than take clen.

and you mention you've had trouble losing weight and keeping it off? well what do you think is going to happen when you stop taking the clen? that's right the weight comes right back on, sometimes more than what you took off...

clen is really for bodybuilders to get in shape for a contest... they take it to get in shape so they can look good for 1 day! well supermodels take it too, but they also smoke 2 packs a day and don't eat... so you could try that too, but then again they don't expect to be working past the age of 24 anyways

have you considered a ketogenic diet? they can work miracles especially for people with a lot of weight to lose, they are a quick fix still imo, but much safer than clen and more effective
