Those are all questions you have to ask, ask others, and investigate yourself. Feel free to call up owners of other escorts under the guise of being some rich schmuck who's looking to invest. Many escort agencies would much rather have the new guy join forces with them, and help out -- then become another competitor. You of course could just trick 'em by picking out their brain on everything during the process.
You can then turn around and run an escort agency yourself in another city then.
Lotsa options. Either way -- You gotta decide what's best 4 you right now.
Personally -- my advice -- don't go into escort just cuz of money. Better to start businesses based upon passion, love and genuine interest in what you're doing. Less stress, more pride, and statistics show, higher chance of long-term success w/o getting burned out or frustrated.
You can make money out of any almost any career or industry.
