I've had this phantom pain in my Left shoulder blade that won't stop since taking the nolva. It's just a bothersome ache. Is this associated with nolva? should I switch to bromo?

No not associated with the Nolva,keep taking it if your nips continue to be sensitive. Your shoulder hurts most likely b/c of lifting heavier. That's when mine does. Also, alot of people don't know how to drop the weights (dumbells) correctly after sets on incline flat or even decline. If you just drop them to your side it taxes your rotator cuff....... :0

Bromo is an anti-prolactin, not and anti-estrogen. If you switch at all it should be to arimidex.

how do I know it rotator cuff pain, and not something worse?
