I shot 5iu Humalog post workout last night after I drank 80 carbs + 60 pro. Had some rice and chicken an hour later. No surprises, but I will still keep on my toes. It took me about 2 months to get the balls to start this stuff. I stopped dbol yesterday, so i'm hoping this will continue the gains/pumps.

I just started insulin as well. 10iu's post workout. i hope this shit is worth it. i dont know anyone who has used it, so i guess i am a guinie pig in this one. any results from you out there? And i mena results using slin alone, not stacked with gh or juice.
 
growin..keep your eye out for increased insulin sensitivity as the dbol leaves your system and your natural levels come back..this may affect how your dose hits you. Also, I wouldn't take slin too close to bed time..make sure its all done before sleep- don't want to pass out while sleeping. Good luck! :D
 
Thanks for lookin out fellas. I have only taken 5iu's, and I think I'll stick to that for a week before bumping up. I hit the Humalog at about 8:00pm with post workout, have some rice and chicken an hour later at 9:00 , then have a protein drink with OJ at 11:00 right before bed. Does that sound like enough time to safely use that dose of Humalog?
 
After I take the Humalog Iuse 80g of maltodextrin, after that its rice and chicken. I don't use the OJ for another couple hours.
 
I have used insulin on many occasions. Never gone over 10 iu's 2X a day. Usually I have stuck to 5-7 in the morning and 5-7 post-workout. Really the type of carbs you eat does not matter much as long as you eat enough. I just ate my normal meals. In the morning a bowl of oats with rasins and pro powder and after a workout rice and steak. I have found that the 10 grams of carbs per iu is plenty. You could probably eat less and be fine but to be safe stick with 10 grams/periu. I know a few guys who are doing 20ius 3-4 times a day and have had no problems. Insulin is really not that dangerous as long as you eat with it. Of course if you are stupid enough to take it and not eat any carbs you are asking for trouble. Also, I have no experience with anything but regular insulin which can be balanced out by a carb meal taken along with it. I would think the other types of insulin, that peak at different intervals, would be much more dangerous and difficult to control.
