Sweet baby Jesus the tren e hit hard!... I didn't think it would, but I've not used tren since this ester of it was invented... I shot on Saturday, by Mondy the night sweats, a full day of tren flu, the muscle cramps and insane pumps hit me hard. Loaded up on magnesium and the cramping went away. Hit PR's on Monday and Tuesday full beast mode. Up to 234. Time to rethink my plan a bit. Tren has always been an absolute beast for me. Going to keep running this routine... cut back to 150mg of tren a week... I think 200mg is going to give me more night sweats than my wife can tolerate and I've never had an issue making insane gains on 150mg of ace a week so ena shouldn't be much different. One amp of test every two weeks, 150mg of tren a week... going to cut my dietary fat back further (I'll be supplementing my fish oil still) replace more of my grains with fruit (I find it more satisfying so I eat less) and a bit more veggies and a lot of lean protein and let the tren do its magic. Time to start leaning out faster and keep on with the myofibrillar growth and new strength gains... I am going to put a heavier focus on tricep work in the coming weeks... they are lagging badly and are the biggest weakness in my bench press... which is stalling behind my squats and deadlifts. My deadlifts in particular are increasing by leaps and bounds. I literally add 10 lbs to my working sets every time I do them.
