low dose tren is giving me some nice results...

what PL meet are you going to enter bro? im doing the USPA cal state in corona in 2 weeks...

i also agree 100% with your thoughts on supplements...

Haven't decided yet just local stuff here in the UK. I am miffed becuase one I wanted to do in April in my town just 2 miles away the gym owner, who is shady as fuck, where the meet is held banned me from his gym. He hired me to do some very part time weekend work, for pay + free gym membership, then failed to pay me everything he owed so I quit and he said if I don't want to work for him I wasn't welcome to set foot in his gym... which would include powerlifting meets (as the one's in this county are held there).

Yeah I found 175mg of tren a worked wonders back in the day so 200mg of tren e should yeild similar effects... and the dose is low enough that sides shouldn't be an issue... is so I can cut back to 150mg a week.
 
Sweet baby Jesus the tren e hit hard!... I didn't think it would, but I've not used tren since this ester of it was invented... I shot on Saturday, by Mondy the night sweats, a full day of tren flu, the muscle cramps and insane pumps hit me hard. Loaded up on magnesium and the cramping went away. Hit PR's on Monday and Tuesday full beast mode. Up to 234. Time to rethink my plan a bit. Tren has always been an absolute beast for me. Going to keep running this routine... cut back to 150mg of tren a week... I think 200mg is going to give me more night sweats than my wife can tolerate and I've never had an issue making insane gains on 150mg of ace a week so ena shouldn't be much different. One amp of test every two weeks, 150mg of tren a week... going to cut my dietary fat back further (I'll be supplementing my fish oil still) replace more of my grains with fruit (I find it more satisfying so I eat less) and a bit more veggies and a lot of lean protein and let the tren do its magic. Time to start leaning out faster and keep on with the myofibrillar growth and new strength gains... I am going to put a heavier focus on tricep work in the coming weeks... they are lagging badly and are the biggest weakness in my bench press... which is stalling behind my squats and deadlifts. My deadlifts in particular are increasing by leaps and bounds. I literally add 10 lbs to my working sets every time I do them.
 
Putting up an update pic... still fat, hairy and pale and still a fraction of the old BBF... but coming along.

Going to put more effort into cutting more bodyfat and cleaning my diet up to assist the tren further in doing its magic while continue to focus on strength and improving my power lifts.

Been off the test for a month, been on 200mg of tren e a week only... up to 235, am a little leaner and lifts continue to increase slightly every week. Other than night sweats and a little acne on my traps... no sides to speak off. Sex drive good, testicles good, aggression in check.
