Started HRT today fitrst time posting

Been reading this forum for the last couple of weeks leading up to my HRT program.Havent seriously worked out in 10 years.Started lifting naturally at 16 years old and started my first of many cycles un supervised at the age of 25 until I was 40, I am currentlly 51 years old , 5' 11", 252 lbs bodyfat 24%,total test173 free test 8.07, estradiol 12.5 ,total cholesterol 231high ldl, evereything else in the normal range , starting today 1cc test cyp 200 mg, 1cc deca both once a week hcg 50 iu twice a week and anastrozole .5 mg 3 times a week , everything is being monitored by my doctor, well anyways heading to the gym right now ! will post before pics later this week​
 
You haven't been reading enough bro. Deca? AT YOUR age? Bad, bad, bad, move.

Also, your FreeT is in the toilet and no UNLEASHED? Why? Get some ASAP.
 
Just running what my doctor perscribed for me,which included the deca 1/2 cc a week for my joint pain, I will look into the unleashed Thx
 
There are other things besides deca for joints. You might want to look into krill oil, flax oil, or fish oil; maybe even a join supplement.

deca has been the only thing that has helped my joint pain....100 mg a week for 10 weeks with Hcg 100iu a week was prescribed by my HRT doctor

Sounds like your working with a good doctor. Keep us posted.
 
I will Alin......will also post my diet when I get it dialed in....don't want to add any supplements until I find out how the meds are working out for me....Dr also has me on fish oil, dhea, B complex, C also got a script for HGH but can't afford it right now
 
Sounds like your doctor has everything under control for you. Just remember to follow his protocol and follow through with his recommendations reference your PCT if you choose to come off? Best of luck to you and I wish you success
 
starting to get a little hold on my eating ......today for breakfast 2 cups oatmeal,5 boiled eggs just 2 egg yolks, cup of fresh fruit.....fruit for snack(I need some protein also)....lunch I had 10 oz lean beef and cup of fruit..... went with the family to monster truck show,didn't want to eat the food there so just drank water.....6 pm went to dinner at Vietnamese restaurant and had a large bowl of seafood soup that was very low sodium, probably 8 oz of mixed seafood with vegetables and a cup of rice noddles......need to get some protein for snacks and shakes....any suggestions?
