Thanks Steve for your input....I am going to increase my cardio starting today, My eating has been spot on.....the only dairy I have is 1 greek yogurt post workout 120 cals 20gr carbs, Main sources of protein are chicken breast, lean ground turkey, fish and protein powder fat from 4 eggs post workout and olive oil I eat 1 meal 3 times a week of lean steak 8 to 10 ounces, 1 banana and 2 cups of sliced fruit a day, Greens 2 times a day. 1 sweet potatoe or cup of brown rice a day and 2 scoops of protein powder with water a day,
