Star bucks - oat meal

Jus a FYI starbucks gots oat meal... Been on the go latley an there everywhere so if u keep a jar of anpb and a tub of protien in ur car u can mix that up almost any intersecton in the us an ur gtg

shit now that I think bout it I mine as well keep oats with me to n then I'll jus need hot water

You can get a cup of hot water and coffee than you got a cheap meal.

I don't mind paying for a decent meal on the go but it's really challenging to eat clean on the go if you don't pack it with you

Oh it is. If I could goto a fast food place and they offered a healthy clean meal for $10. I would be all over that. I spend lots of time in my vehicle away from home around town. When I do pack some food with me, my dog usually sniffs it out while sitting in truck.

boston market is decent but only a couple in this big city.....
