Guys/Gals,
I have a question. When I squat I get a raised bump, for lack of a better word, on my spine between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck. Almost forms like a shelf for the bar to rest on. It's usually tender for a day after I squat and then kind of goes down. I've tried to use a lower position for the bar, but the position is not as comfortable/stable.
Does anyone know what this might be? Or if it is dangerous?
