hi guys, ive recently starting squatting about 2 months ago, about 3 weeks ago i seemed to have injured myself, 1 inch ddown from the middle of kneecap is swollen and feels very bruised when i touch it,it also is causing me alot of pain when im squatting and is ruining my leg workout, the heaviest i go on squats at the moment is 80 kilos and i always warm up well and stretch beforehand, anyway im gonna go to the docs and get it checked out as it doesnt seem to be geting any better, just wondering if anyone knew what it could be
