Throw in 30 grams of waxy (should be just 1 scoop) with it. I always have better workouts and recovery when using waxy pre and post workout. I always use 2 scoops before(with 40 grams protein 1.5 scoops) and 2 after (with 2 scoops protein). My protein is 28 grams protein per 30g scoop pure whey isolate.
That should be sufficient for now. Keep eating that meat and training hard. You'll get results.
I gave it 3 weeks; I put on some water weight and fat but never made strenght gains. Guess it just wasnt working with my body.
Beginning week 4 I scrapped this stack and began a stack with 400 Test E, 400 Deca, 250 Winstrol (50 ed m-f).. I'm running this about 6 weeks. Today is the beginning of week 3 of the new stack and I weighed in at 208.6 this am. I'm expecting to put on significant muscle in the next 3 weeks. I'm still carrying some fat and water but I'll take care of that later, just working on gains for now.
