If anyone was interested in trying the 2004 M&F Rock Hard Challenge, I typed up the program into a word document that if you want I can email to anyone....

Yeah, I started it yesterday even tho the start day is Monday.....Sunday is supposed to be a rest day.....my legs are soooo sore today!!
