hey sorry fellas i should have read the stickys first
all i can say is that my excitement got the better of me and it wont happen again.
like i said before its hard to find a good solid board with good info now a days.
now that said i need some advice on the anabolic diet,i have been on it now for 4months and the results are pretty good ,i do 5 or sometimes 6 days of low carb then 2 days of highcarb.
strength is good endurance good also and im hard all over plus im putting on decent size as well.
has anybody else tried the diet and can you give me your particular twist or findings on the diet? like what supplements you feel help out more with the diet
etc etc.
