Sore throat after NPP

Question...... Started NPP 25mg per inj E3Ds. Last night I started feeling pain in my throat...this morning it's sore...I haven't had a sore throat in a year. This is my first run on inj, prior to this it was oral. Do you think it's from the NPP? no fever. Should I discontinue?

Advice greatly appreciated?
