I'm sitting here typing away on the PC when i hear a semi loud pop, and a fizz.. I'm looking around trying to find out what the heck it is, but the fizzing stopped before i could find the source...I'm looking around and I didn't find anything at all. i checked all the electrical things..Tv, VCR, PS2, outlets...I have no clue, and it's really bothering me.
