Why?

Seriously, the only open Wiccan on the board (and I happen to admit to having some psychic talent) is asking you WHY you believe you should trust "the small still voice within."

Or rather, I'm really asking you why you believe you should DIStrust your husband.

If you have had hunches in the past that have panned out, and you've learned to trust those hunches, that's one thing but if you're operating on a "I just think he's slimey" ehhh, I have to ask, how much is his behavior and how much is just you getting SICK of his (perfectly normal) behavior.

Never had that little voice before but I am having a strong feeling that he recently has/wants/or will. This feeling will not go away. He has recently shown his true colors with internet creeping and trying to set up to meet other women for coffee and/or lunch. He says that he would have never gone through with it and just "got carried away". I still don't know how to take all of it but reading some of the e-mails and texts he sent these other women he is a good liar and put a lot of effort into it. This has led my to question everything now.

Tell me ladies what is a girl to do???
 
If you divorce him you only get half of his money. If you kill him you get it all. Now if you could get alimony or child support, you have to consider both of those. Of course child support ends at some point, and alimony can as well if you re-marry. If he has a good amount of life insurance, that can also weigh in. And there are variables as well, like if you keep him alive you have to keep putting up with him in some way (if you're getting alimony, if you have kids, etc.). If you kill him you are done and can move on.

Clearly, I think your best option is to kill him.
 
Of course the other side is you could always just stick it out, knowing that he has a high risk job and has proven himself to be a foolish risk taker. This puts him in a category to likely lead to the demise of his own life sooner rather than later. At that point it is simply a waiting game for you to let him kill himself. This will take you out of the equation of being found guilty of murder and thus negating the monetary benefits you would acquire from killing him yourself.

Perhaps you should wait this one out?

Whenever I try to blame others for something I cant prove I try and point the criticism at myself to see if there is something wrong on my end first. Works for me.
 
Personally I think of it like this: If you think there's an issue. (and clearly you do) then there is an issue. Enough so that you posted this. I know this is cliche, however there is nothing wrong wrong w/ marriage counciling.

In my experience, my gut has always been right about men. I've ignored it and regretted it; but its always been right.
 
I've had that happen to me. get rid of him. obviously he doesn't think the world of you to even want to get other girls attention, even if it is chatting online and not actually meeting.

he should just come out and say he isn't head over heels over you anymore and that he needs other womens attention. but people don't do that cause they want to keep people on the side as backup.

Honestly, some guys aren't meant to get married. Some men are meant to be alone forever hopping from one girl to the next. If you're husband is the type who will internet creep because he needs attention, you should probably just leave him.

Guys who creep on the internet behind their girlfriend/wife's back are pussies. Instead of manning up and telling you there's a problem or saying it's over, he just goes behind your back. Tell your husband that if he's going to be a creep, to at least be a fucking man about it.

It's also selfish. If he needs/wants to talk to other girls he should have had the decency to leave you first. You need to leave him though. If they do it once, they'll do it again. Men don't change, they just lie and say they will.

I guess that all depends on whether you still love him enough to try to repair your marriage.
Something is broken here it seems.
I'd just lay it all on the line and say "Don't BS me, what is going on-do you want out"?
But on the other hand if you prefer to wait and see if more "slimy" things will happen, that's up to you and how much of that you are willing to put up with.
IMO a person who cheats is emotionally immature and can't see past their own gimmegimmes.

You've already made your decision.

The real question is, do you love him, do you want to stay married to him? If the answer is yes, get into couples therapy. If he won't go, then throw in the towel. If you're not in love with him any more, same deal. Get out, move on.

It is not possible to be married to someone you do not trust.

Staying in a marriage on life support is a lot like being in jail, it destroys your soul, makes you bitter, ruins your health. And the whole "staying in it for the kids/the house" is beyond horseshit.

I couldn't be married to someone I don't trust. Trusting the person who is supposed to be your life partner is one of the best PARTS of being married. Not trusting someone is one of the things that erodes relationships (same goes with lying). If you don't trust someone, it's virtually impossible to respect them.

Actually he vented this shit a while ago and was called a slim ball by everyone. All I said was I thought my husband was being slimy and asked if I should kill him. This thread was NOT meant to be serious however I forget sometimes how things can take a drastic turn on this forum. I certainly was not trying to please him and I think he made himself look like an ass all on his own.

I didn't accuse him of anything that he didn't fess up to and/or post himself long ago. And I didn't care if it made him happy or not. Apparently you take major offense to me possibly upsetting him. Which he wasn't by the way he knew I posted it up. Why is it that it makes me a bitch?
