Week 1 of test, primo, eq, and var at 500, 800, 750, and 50mg. Trained arms this morning and felt phenomenal! I don't know what is kickin' but the pumps are great.

Starting weight is 184, hoping to step up to 190 with no additional bf over the next 16 weeks. This is my first time running var and primo for a long period (although var is only wks 1-8)

I know primo, eq, and var are fairly mild compared to other things but still you should gain more than 6 pounds of muscle i would think.

Well right now I am 7% bf at 5'7" and 185lbs. If I really kill the calories I could jump to 195-200 no problem but then I have to lose all the fat I gained. I am keeping the calories very, very clean along with cardio but will be banging the heavy compound movements and incorporating a few high calorie days each week to keep fat down and gains coming.
