It is not fake HCG. It is the real thing. I got some from a pharmacy which a doctor prescribed for me. They Don't fake HCG. As it is to cheap. What some people do though is they give it to people and tell them it is HGH. Alot of atheletes have tested postive for HCG when they thought they were taking HGH.

Yes it looks like Profasi HCG but I have never seen Profasi box with "UI" instead of "IU". And I haven`t seen 10000iu vials before. Perhaps its fake but who knows.
