someone please give me your advice, var,winny etc

so i know the newb questions get annoying but i have only taken one cycle before and it was winny solo last year. im back to hitting the gym hard again and want a little booster. my goals are to add muscle mass while burning body fat. i dont want bloating etc... im 23 6'0 210 and prob 12-16%bf so im working on that as well. what would you run for an oral cycle to help boost these goals. anavar, winny, tbol etc... price is okay i just want to remain safe and easy. thank you so much for any input
 
Building muscle while burning fat is very hard...but my last var only cycle (12 weeks @ 20mg x 3 ED) and very clean diet yielded -15lb fat and +3lb lean muscle, confirmed with caliper measurements. Right now I'm running PCT with nolva and waiting on Test Recovery Stack and just started another 12 week fatloss thing, all natural, to recoop.

i read thank you, but im not trying to get into any injections right now. im eithere gonna do winny, var, or just a prohormone, i have been researching them some just want more educated advice from people who have actually used and can give their experience.

onebadgt, get your diet and training in check before you look to some compound to do it for you. You indicated in the other forum your "diet is okay not great". Get it great. And typically when your diet is not great, your training isn't either.

So what's your diet like? What do you eat on a daily basis? How about training?

If you want advice, start there. Then when you have that perfected and can't grow (you're 23, so you'll grow) then look to other "alternatives" to push you along.
 
ya i def got the sarcasm, i was never trying to insult, sorry if it seemed that way just meant i was looking for awnsers about the compounds but yes my diet is not perfect, i still have to high of a carb intake and could up others, but its better than average. as for my training. its def sufficiant. im in the gym 6 days a week. lifting 5. i wourkout with a wonderful trainer so im very happy with my workout plan just wouldnt mind jump starting everything

o and when i said more educated i meant other than myself not than you radar
