the ********* privategated community complex which is located in the
following address:

Price: $ 712.50 monthly and $ 500 deposit. + utilities will be shared
Roomate requirements:
I'm looking for someone proffesional,
W/no living room furniture,
W/ no pets, smoking, drugs, kids, alcohol or any other bad habits.
Clean person to live in clean atmosphere; equal sharing the general
maintenance of the condo i.e. kitchen, vacuuming, living room, mail.
Has their own phone.
Organized, serious, but also easy going, who would like to live in a
quiet environment.
Age range 27 - 42 . With no crimminal history.
Long turn 1.5 or more years to share lease agreement.
Description of the place:
Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi
Private Washer and Dryer
Close to everything/ fwys/ and Malls
15-20 min drive to the beach
Gated underground parking
The candidate will be in the 1 year lease contract. Landlord will run a
credit check.
Type of roomate desired:
Male or Female, preferably Female
No minorities. ( Gays, couples or people with children).
No Alcohol or Tobacco or any kind of recreational drug.
Family Overnight guests: Yes ( only one at a time) (parents or sisters,
brothers)
Non- Family Overnight guests: Occasionaly (one night every two weeks).
