hi everyone,
i'm not ready to start a detailed journal like some of you ladies have, but i'd like to make this thread my personal progress thread where i post progress pics untill i get to my "after shots". i'm hoping posting progress pics will keep me motaviated and in the right track.
i'm posting the before shots that i took earlier on. these pics are 6 weeks apart. i will be updating this thread every so often so i guess it going to be my pics log journal.
thank you sessa. i don't mind the diet part so much because i don't feel like dieting....i've been letting myself have alittle bit of everything when i crave it and eat it in the earlier meals in my day, and i don't tell myself i'm dieting or i'll start to crave all kinds of not so good stuff....not good for my continued progress that is.
i don't think i have much muscle to begin with...infact i gained muscle thses past few weeks. refer to post #24!!!
