Thanks for the support, I put on a muscle at a dizzyingly slow pace, and i have only been lifting seriously for 2 years. These pics are actually taken after i lost about 15lbs, due to the fact that i just felt fat and slobby, and wanted to be a little more athletic. Last year at one point i weighed almost 230lbs, but was chubby as hell. Bulking for me is a pain in the ass, It has to be super clean or i get fat fast. Long arms and long legs also make my arms look smaller in pictures, even though in person they are a decent size for my build.glennds said:that was a surprise that you weigh 200! even at 6'2." you look good regardless. i don't see any love handles in your pics, maybe because you are flexing.
how old are you? you are very thin and could use some meat on those bones. you have come to the rigth place to learn about bulking up. 20 lbs or so would make an amazing difference in your appearance. eat, lift and start up some juice!![]()
Thanks for the support beast. My biceps are rarely worked, i almost never directly hit them, my back is definitely my strongest body part, i can pull 405 for a few reps in deads, and T-bar row 4 plates for reps right now. I can also do pull-ups pretty well, usually hitting about 15-16 reps on my first set. Other numbers (and they are nothing to brag about) are Weighted dips bw+80lbs for 5-6 reps, squat around 320 for reps, but i usually go lighter and train with higher reps. I wont mention benching numbers because they are laughable and i dont even feel them in my chest, do i basically have stuck with dips and cable crossovers. its taken me 2 years to put on about 25-30lbs and hold it. I also have the metabolism of a cheetah and if i hit windsprints a few times a week i stay lean no matter what i eat. I guess i am just the classic hardgainer.WalkingBeast said:Its been the same way for me. Very slow gains over the years. It all adds up though. Back looks like its getting some nice thickness. Good peaks on the biceps too. Keep KILLING that shit!!
