Some pics taken today

Take out those lovehandles with good cardio at least 3 times a week. Do it in the morning when sugar levels are low. Fat starts to burn about 35 to 45 mins in to the cardio, just keep the heart rate up, but not racing. If you have to do cardio in the evening, you'll have to work a little longer to start eating into the fat stores, usually takes me about 60 mins to start feelin' it. I mountain bike and that really cuts me up while having fun :)
 
How tall r u bro? What do you think your arms are at. Prolly about 14" by the looks of it. I envy your lats, I've kinda neglected mine. I hit my lats hard hard hard yesterday. :chomp:
 
that was a surprise that you weigh 200! even at 6'2." you look good regardless. i don't see any love handles in your pics, maybe because you are flexing.

how old are you? you are very thin and could use some meat on those bones. you have come to the rigth place to learn about bulking up. 20 lbs or so would make an amazing difference in your appearance. eat, lift and start up some juice! :)

Thanks for the support, I put on a muscle at a dizzyingly slow pace, and i have only been lifting seriously for 2 years. These pics are actually taken after i lost about 15lbs, due to the fact that i just felt fat and slobby, and wanted to be a little more athletic. Last year at one point i weighed almost 230lbs, but was chubby as hell. Bulking for me is a pain in the ass, It has to be super clean or i get fat fast. Long arms and long legs also make my arms look smaller in pictures, even though in person they are a decent size for my build.
 
Its been the same way for me. Very slow gains over the years. It all adds up though. Back looks like its getting some nice thickness. Good peaks on the biceps too. Keep KILLING that shit!!
