I won my weight class, the light heavies, pretty easily, but was edged out for the overall as I just couldnt get that last little bit of water out of my back. Here are some shots, I have hundreds so its hard to pick a few

Yeah he did! I got tons of pics of you he got a great deal on the getting them developed so pretty sure he will be pming you to send them. I am getting everything uploaded I took well over 300 pics. I will be posting more of him and I will post some of yours as well.

He was kinda sick last night drank some water to fast after he got off stage. By the this morning he was all good but he hasn't been cheating that much really. He was a bit fuller today so I think he could have done his carb up a bit diffrent just more earlier. He went to the gym to show the owners his trophy they gave him 6 months free on his membership. Oh he has let some farts that are the most vial things I have ever smelt in my life. :worried:

I am uploading pics to shutterfly right now says 6 hours left to go but I am hoping it is less.

I was getting ready to about kill him at the gym he left when I was doing rack deads thank good I never would have pulled 315 with his farting ass there.

Man it just seems like you have come so far from a couple of years ago. Great work, thanks for posting up and good luck in the future.

Wicked bro i already explained how wicked of a guy you are in real life so i will save my typing skills... awesome glutes.

The pics i have about 60is developed i will try to send them tonight or 2morrow for you some this week for sure!

Again Congrats man you owned the stage size/symetry wise
 
whats next....rest...I pushed things way too far trying to come back dryer for the evening show, to the point where I had serious health complications on sunday, still not feeling well today either. I spent the next day with my wife, 3 year old son, 8 week old daughter, and realized that I love bodybuilding, but what competing does to my body, isnt worth it, not for them. I'm not going into details about how far I pushed things, but hanging with my kids the next day, I felt like I did something really stupid..

I cant wait to get back to the gym and get back to improving my physique, but this competing thing, I dont know how people do it all the time

On the bright side, I had a friend/photographer come over the day after, and do a ton of shots with my baby girl, and son, wanted to do that while I was still in contest shape. I cant wait to see how they turn out

Thanks for the props everyone, it helps at a time when my body is feeling this rotten!!

I'd like to have seen a back shot of the three of you to compare....which guy one overall? (in that photo...was one of them I assume...the black guy or the guy in the middle...???) Gods....your quads so overpowered the other guys.....

I have some back shots around here somewhere...thats where he had me beat, his upper back was definitely better
 
congrats on another great effort. yep u definately came in sharper at the evening show. do you include a back double bi pose in your routine aka arnold? i think it would suit your physique well.

thanks, I threw in a back double bi when I hit the centre of the stage, but I made a point of pointing at my glutes and hams part way through the pose, to draw attention to them

bmcadoo44, do you mean offseason bulking stuff, or contest cycle? Offseason, my favourite combo is always deca/dbol/test, usually with some eq as well
for the contest, I just ran eq/anavar/5iu gh

You look sick.
I have to tell you that your legs stand out to me the most.
I just for the NPC is six states and rarely see guys with leg development like yours.
You could do some real damage down in the states!
 
But your legs....GEEZUS..... hey...can you post pics of the OVERALL posedown? You were the "obvious" winner of your weightclass....but the big posedown....I just find it hard to believe you lost to anyone on that stage that night....

haha that one guy to the side looks so out of place. Needsize, you definately took that competition by storm. What's next in line to get a pro card? I don't see what you're lacking to get it.
 
He defintely has a sweet upper back but your superior in legs and even abs so must have been very close for overall between the two of you.
 
I don't know man....I think he blew you away in all areas.....>NOT....GEEZ MAN!!

OK...he did have a great back...BUT SO DID YOU! And the shear MASS in your legs...and DETAIL...you have Calves..where were his? Your abs are some of the most symetrical I've ever seen....UNREAL detail dude...you got ripped off...maybe it was a political thing...but now...you are a force to be reconed with! You're future in this is set in stone...like your physique! GOOD JOB!

You have beat hands down from the legs down.. the ham/glute tie-in is SICK! no competion I spoke to Dan Kennedy today one of the judges he came in to my work-place and was sayin your glutes were shredded the only guy with shredded glutes.

The thing is the overall guy is alot shorter so his back looks thicker but your alot taller so the mass is spread out.. With all short guys it happens. Mass wise you win

also got your Pm if i can i achieve your Personality and Physique some day i would be a greatful person
 
Thanks guys, looking at the pics I did feel like I had the edge, but it was close enough I cant complain...at this point just glad its over....cant wait till my body goes back to normal....

Damn! I just realized you had a daughter while I was gone! Congratulations man! Luck you...got the older brother to take care of the younger sister so that the father doesn't go to jail for beating up the daughters boyfriends :).
