Basic, nothing fancy. 5 days a week 1 bodypart. 1hr to 1hr15 min workout. Do heavy deads and squats. I do implement drop sets and supersets though. I guess that may be different.
 
your delts are seriously insane. Everything else is impressive as well, but the delts take the cake.
