May be in my head. I still think I look the same as I did 10 years ago honestly, but the other day I realized that was because Im in XXL and no longer in L or XL. We are all are worst critic I guess.
Having been there myself already, believe me when I tell you that you won't have a true appreciation for how big you are until you quit lifting and go back to a normal size.
Every now and then I'll have to scratch my ear (or pick some wax out of it). Five minutes later it will dawn on me that there was a time my delts & arms were so big that I literally could not do that.
Actually I had this old T shrit that I loved . It said "Pump This" on it and when I was 190lbs I felt ripped in it. Now I couldnt even pull it over my head and thats when I realize how big I am.
Dont know, 19 pumped maybe. They look bigger than they are. WHen I flex nothing happens. I have no peak to speak of. Have to start hittin em hard. Bodybuilding is all about illusion and I think my arms are a illusion in terms of actual size.
they definately look bigger than 19. Mine are quickly approaching that size and i dont think mine are that big looking, but then again, i swear i have muscle dismorphia

10yrs working out and I was a huge and ripped 160lbs when I started working out!LOL...........I think the hgh has made a difference in my physique. Really helps one stay lean when eating garbage. Only able to afford 2ius here, but it works well.
