im 17 years old, 6'2, 198lbs and 16% BF (not sure on that, but that was the number i got)

Let me know what you think after one month and overall. Any areas im lacking in (there is bound to be)?

great baby skin (i am jealous since i am old :)) but you have a soft look. work out hard with weights to get some hardness. read up on good lifting techniques and routines. ask around at the gym, if you belong to one at 17.

at 17 your diet is probably horrendous with fast food. even some consistent cardio with improved diet (not diet like less food but diet like BETTER food) should improve your body. good luck!
 
Sassy69..thanks...im working on it.....wanna go to the beach for the first time ever and look good with out my shirt on....i havent swam in 5 years because of how i looked, i want to change that

NYBodyguard...how much do you think i weight man? Thats the number im getting off the scale so i dont know what to tell you....

glennds....my diet is very clean...a lot of tuna, turkey etc. lots of veges and stuff. I never drink soda or eat anything bad....its hard has hell when your young, but i have to do it.

Just remember guys...i was 220lbs in october 04'....hope to get down to 12% BF and around 185lbs by this summer, so its not like ive just started out haha...

am i lacking in anything? can anyone tell me what i should work more on?
 
I would say your back needs work (upper, middle and lower) your lats could use some size......... but looking solid. chest could use some size and cuts and your abs are lacking.

at your age.... eat and train smart....... NO JUICE

Hey bro! Its good to see younger people on here like you! Stick with it cause I can see by the form of you body you will be stacked someday.....in about a year if you push your ass really hard as often as possible. Work on the big lifts because they will add the most size. Deadlifts, squats and bench! Hit some cardio, lower you crappy food intake (you know what Im talking about), and train HARD! pm if you want any advice

you will learn what works for you soon enough accuflex. the fact that you are willing to put yourself out there and ask questions sais a lot about you. in few years...you will put us all to shame.
 
Thanks for the comments guys! They really help my motivation! (no joke)

I just have a question on my chest. Right now for my chest day im doing flat bar bell bench, flat dumb bell bench or incline DB bench (depends on how i feel), cable flys, and dips.
a) is this fine?
b) I want pecks....not the chest i have now. Do i just keep cutting until i see it or with with develop over time?
