So, what's everyones verdict on SAW II?

I haven't watched it yet (it's not in theatres here until next week for me) but I'd like to hear some commentaries, analysis, critques of this sequel?

Were there any unanticipated twists?
How many stars would you rate?

He said its nothing like the first and seemed really cheaply made
