I get the impression that he bought his way back into the black and then created a fresh Bookie event with 65535:1 odds which he betted on with an alter. GS decided that was all too much. musclemuscle has requested a refund on his credit card and that his account be deleted.

At least, this is what I've garnered from what I've read.
