What kind of test is in test250? If it is prop then there is your problem.

Stick with medial glutes and side delts. You can get to your glutes by lying down on your front/side and swinging a leg over.

The swelling down to the knee is almost certainly just a reaction. It can take a few days to go down.

I had a "gusher" once it was kinda funny. A couple of my bros were watching me give myself an injection and I was trying to be funny by saying " i love it when I got 2 inches of cold steel stuck in my leg" ( I used to use the 1.5 or 2 inch 22 gauge big dogs, I was a newb and did not know any better ), I pulled the needle out of my leg and blood squirted about 2 inches up from quad. I then began to scream like a bitch out of fear and all my boys fell to ground laughing. Knock on wood it has never happened since and that was like 8-10 years ago.

Oh! Gosh, That's one of the reasons why I love to live in a 3 world country, I just go to the closest drug store, actually I have one just a couple of blocks from my house, and ask the nurse to inject me.... and by the way, I useally buy som cyp and winny jajajja... But Never asked for a injection on my quad, always on the shoulders or my gluts...

it sounds to me like your not injecting in the right spot. I would agree with the others that you need to make sure your high enough on your quad and not to far anterior. A good rule of thumb for me is I always go up to hand widths on my quad and inject on the lateral side. If that does not help than it might need to be diluted.

What size needle are you using ? I would recommend 25g 5/8 inch. I have had injections so sore that my leg swole up and I was limping around and had to lie and tell people I stung by a bee my quad was that swollen. It was a long time ago but I think it converted fina.

I dont remember the g size. its small though. it takes bout a minute to inject 2cc of oil. its an inch long though but I dont go all the way in with it. only about 3/4. thats how it is bro, im limping around work. everyone is asking "what happened to you?" Im like "um my leg seems to be cramping up on me. my knee is killing too." "oh get better". "yea thanks." My knee seems swollen.

are you combining the test and eq together and then injecting it? that will help a little, at least it does for me when I combine the two

biggest differences for me are:

holding pin steady....you move around, it irritates muscle more than you think
shoot slowly
rub/massage site pretty hard with alcohol pad afterwards
heat (i generally do injects right before bed after shower, so i just fall asleep with heating pad against site)

injected 1.5cc's of prop last night in delt......its not OE or OA and i hardly feel it today
