So many damn pills.

I also forgot...

Levorex -- which I tend to forget because its supposed to be between meals, as is AL-TYR :worried:

Cardio Breeze or T-rex for thermos -- lately much more reliance on Cardio Breeze as I want to get off the thermos for a while.

Yohimburn ES -- Am cardio -- I primarily use this during competition prep and when I do cardio at home (AM). But at least I don't have to chug it...

... waiting for macro's " :p "
:p

damn, nice selection,

popping open my pill case now....

1 vit C 1000mg
1 mg taurine
1 b12
1 zinc
1 multi vitamin

WOW not too much right now,
well thats all i have in my pill box, im out of the glucorell, sesamax, etc. =]

but i can easily slam all of em down at once, just gotta practice =]

I used to take a lot more, but I've drastically cut down, mostly due to lack of solid science.

Totals are per day:

Concetrated DHA/EPA salmon oil, 6 tabs
Vitamic C, 3 tabs@250mg each
1 multivitamin
1 B-complex
2 tabs Cold-FX
3 caps panax ginseng
50mg Zinc every other night

Off topic, but I've been reading more and more about supplemental anti-oxidants actuallu becoming pro-oxidant post ingestion. Nothing seems solid yet, but there's some convincing evidence out there....anyone else come across similar stuff?

I suggest you google "durk Pearson" he is the man when it comes to Life Extension and anti-oxidants...long story short he said that too much of certain anti-ox's can indeed become oxidants except vitamins C and E.

He also said that taking only one or 2 anti-ox's together does not totally neutralize free radicals that you need 3-4 different anti-ox's to totally neutralize free rads.

I take 4-6 grams of C a day, 800-1200 mgs of E day, selenium about 200-250 mcgs day. B-6, 400-500 mgs day. Vitamin A around 15000 mgs day or so.Zinc 50 mgs a day.

A, C, E, most B's except b-2 and 12, are antioxidants, zinc, selenium, cysteine, bht( synthetic food grade)

Go to amazon and order Life Extension by Durk and Sandy--1982, this book really kicked off the modern high dose of anti-oxidants and nutritional supplements as we know it today. It is my bible and for like 5-6 bucks delivered it is a steal.

KARMA!

I know how you feel brother, but it's all part of the life style. I take about 60-80 different pills a day. With rala, amplify02, fish oil, omega 3's, green tea extract, multis, minerals, aminos, and a million other things (or so it seems), it all really adds up. But it's all worth it!
