Alright guys, I'm a bit of a lanky freak. 6'8" 220lbs right now and a bit heavy imo. I have a normal frame size, but my arms and wrists are tiny. (wingspan is 6'11") My legs are massive, I have never maxed on squat since I have no spotter...but I can do 840lbs on leg press.
I have been lifting somewhat normal routine for the past year, no cardio whatsoever and I have been stuck at 135lb bench press for months. Pathetic. I CAN sleep correctly and EAT correctly I just don't most of the time.
I have no aspirations or dreams of ever being some arnold body builder, I know that is out of the question...but I wouldn't mind actually looking bulked.
Along with my sparatic diet, I smoke a pack a day and dip a can every 2 days...just how HARD does smoking and snuff effect gains?
