Whomever the dogs belong to, the owner needs to take care of the problem. Incessant barking is an extreme irritant and prevents people from getting sleep. One of the reasons I enjoy living in the country is because I rarely hear that shit.

How do you know your dogs are not barking incessantly? Why would the guy call in otherwise? Just to be a prick? Possibly, I don't know... Either way, chill out because you don't need to stress yourself out... Maybe call the guy and try to be calm and ask him exactly what the problem is.... Hell no. I was suggesting taking care of the other dogs that are barking. I have neighbors that abuse the shit out of their animals and it is disgusting. One neighbors dogs are so far gone the best solution is to put them down.

I have two dogs myself and I love them.
