Hey guys so a few weeks ago I wanted to cut down... but decided to put on some lean mass instead so tell me what you think of my diet and training!

So I workout 5 x a week and run HIIT about 3 times a week.

Heres my current diet.

Meal 1 : 6 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana

Meal 2 (PWO) : 2 scoops protein, 1 banana

Meal 3 : 300-350g lean meat (white fish, chicken, horse) with vegetables, 1 slice ezekiel bread

Meal 4 : 8 egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp. ANPB

Meal 5 : 300-350g lean meat (white fish, chicken, horse.. on occasion will have red meat) green vegetables

Meal 6 : 1 tin of tuna, 1 cup of berries, 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (unfortunately can't find the FF)

Meal 7 : 3/4 cup non fat Greek Yogurt, 8 egg whites, 1 tbsp. ANPB

This comes out to around 3600 cals and 380 g of protein

My current stats are 20 years old, 6'1, 161 lbs and around 9% BF I would like to go up to 180-185lbs any advice is welcome!!

at your weight each meal should consist of 60g carbs and 50g protein. on breakfast I would even have 80g carbs. low fat. IMHO 60g or less. check out my thread and look at my clean bulk

Maybe add some brown rice on meal 5? If so anyone got a good recipe that tastes good =)? oh and I also drink about 3-4 liters of water a day and 1 cup of green tea after meal 5 and take multivitamins

If you like them, sweet potatoes are also excellent. If you have time to bake them, or bake them ahead of time, I find this most delicious. Otherwise, chopping them up and boiling is quicker and easy. You can also mash them after for some mashed sweet potatoes.
