So about this cardiobreeze stuff....

Cardio Breeze is an overlooked product on the AS board. The women found it last year and buy it like crazy because they do morning cardio all the time. Raina (she's even got it in her signature), Bunny, Jenscat, Sassy, etc, use it all the time. I HAVE to use it or I can't make it to the end of my cardio session without slowing down. Like kethnaab said, you blow through cardio sessions like you're on auto pilot.

If i'm already taking trex, ses, lev, gluc, and YES...........is it still safe to take cardio breeze??? my cardio this morning was rough..........had no energy at all.

YES in the mornings before cardio

water intake = at least 1 gallon/day, probably closer to 1.5
weight = 207
 
try kicking up the water. a bit, particularly in the morning (when you are dehydrated from the night without water.)

are you eating before AM cardio or is that "empty stomach"?

empty stomach.........always heard that was best the stomach can take it.

try having some fruit, just a small amount, like a half banana or an apple. it will reglycogenate the liver and optimize both energy and fat burning.
