i used it afew weeks ago for the first time in forever. i was also going for an extremely heavy weight that i wouldnt normally do. ammonia poppers arent for many people. it makes you extremely uncomfortable. youre young. focus on lifting and eating. there will come a time for the next level. now isnt it. just to add, i wont be huffing ammonia again for a very long time after the last experience. it seems i have injured myself and i think the mental confusion the ammonia put me in took my focus off of my lift. did i get the lift? yes. do i regret it now? yes. my back is shit right now and i NEVER have had back problems. maybe if i wasnt so all over the place with that last pull, maybe i wouldnt be hurting now. who knows, just dont rush to do things you dont need. to put it all in perspective, you have people here who have been lifting longer than you have been alive and we rarely or never use it. i disagree with the health issues as its not like youre walking around daily huffing it. one pull every 6 to 8 weeks wont kill you. its just not necessary at your level.
