Guys, was wondering, how long does it usually take to feel the effects of slin. Im not talking about hypo, im talking about things like these crazy pumps I keep hearing about, and the crazy strength gains?
Heres my deal: Ive been doing Humalog - 10IUs post workout. I do my shots IM not Sub-Q (dont what any lipohypertrophy in places I aleady have fat in). I am not on AAS, im using slin as a bridge, HOWEVER I am using GH.
As soon as I shoot I chug down a drink which consists of 100g Carbs 10g Glutamine 10g Creatine and 5g Ribose, along with 10g of Aminos and 180 grains of liver (6 uni-liver pills).
About 15 minutes later (when I get home) I have a shake which consists of 50g of Milk and Egg Protien (yes I know Whey Isolate is best for this, but this Milk and Egg is the only powder I have with 0g of fat, and I dont have the $$$ to go buy a tub of isolate RIGHT NOW), 50g of Sugars (from the chocolate milk mix i throw in to make the M&E protien taste better), 10g Glutamine, 10g Creatine 5g Ribose 20g of Aminos (10 from pills 10 from liquid) and another 180 grains of liver.
About 30-45 minutes after that I eat Pasta and Ultra lean beef.
I know you guys think that the 50g of sugars in my postworkout shake is not enough for 10IUs but I have yet to experiance hypo to any degree.
Ive only had 4 shots of Slin, so Im not expecting any strength gains yet (though I did feel somewhat stronger today), but what I did think Id have by now is some of those pumps. Am I doing somethign wrong here???
Oh yeah, Ive also been depriving myself of any fat 2 hours BEFORE my shot and for about 6 hours AFTER. And by depriving Im talking about having AT MOST 2g of Fat during that period. Since Im using Humalog, do I reall yneed to wait tht long to eat some fat? My main concern is putting on extra fat, I dont want it, so thats why Ive been very careful about what I eat.
