I've noticed this week I can't fall asleep for shit, and I'm exhausted to when I try to go to bed. I've worked out hard this week, both cardio and lifting, and I fully expected to fall right asleep when I hit my bed, but I just lay there for a minimun of 2 hours and toss and turn and think and it really blows!!!
What do you folks do when you can't slept, but want to badly?
P.S. I haven't even started my clen yet, that comes into play on monday, it's gonna be so much worse!!!
