How much sleep do you need a night w/o feeling like shit the next day? I'm good with about 5 or 6.

I can survive ok on 6, but I feel best when I get a solid 7-8.

i need 8 but on a cycle.. when off i can get by on 6 but don't prefer it

both...LOL I'm out of town alot, and when I'm in town, I still gotta work, workout and still spend some quality time with my family. It's rough.
