Sleep!

I find I have to get at least 9 hours of sleep a night, 10 even 11 not being unordinary. I feel I NEED it. Is this abnormal?

I take, just the regular, vitamins, multi, c,b,calmag, weight gainer, whey, efas. Thats about it. I workout pretty hard every other day.

Damn. Night before last I had a dream with Hotzie in it :worried: I havent slept since. Im traumatized.

I'm a big sleeper too, I love sleep. 9 hours is probably my average, I can get 10-12 on weekends when I don't need to get up early.

But once I wake up, I get up... I can't lay around in bed.
