sitting on fire or putting ice in ass to increase core temperature

You're seriously asking if you should sit on fire, or put an ice cube up your fucking ass to control your core temp?

Just making sure I am reading this correctly before I go on the biggest gutdamn bombing run of the month..


lol . the title is just for fun. real question is "is it possible to manipulate core temperature"
 
If you lose weight easily then why are you considering something so extreme?

How do you go about losing weight usually?


just out of curiosity :D i eat carbs 3 hours before training and do 1 hour 5x5 and 10 min HIIT 1 hour slow cardio . i only eat carbs 3 hours before and 1 hour after training. diet is %70 protein %10 fat and %20 carbs . no processed food bread salt and sugar. my core temperature is always too hot its 6 degrees outside i wear short and t shirt and i still sweat and feel hot .so i wont increase it. if fact i want to decrease it if possible.
 
been lifting for 3.5 years now. got taekwondo and wrestling background since childhood stopped both before lifting weight.i am ecto i lose weight easily i am just too curious about anything i always ask things if i cant find the answer on google

I ask if you work out because you dont look like you do. Especially for 3.5 years.

Most people cant grasp mind muscle connection. Let alone the concept or REAL fucking intenstity. <<< thats not even about heavy weight....its about knowing how to destroy a muscle on its day in your split.
