Site with Fina. OUCH!

I did .5 cc in the left tricep and .5 cc in the Right tricep. OH MY GOD. That shit hurt. My tricep's are killing me.

you need to build up with site injections.. I always start out with .5cc injections and then build up from there... you need to inject slowly, it should be taking you 35-45 seconds to inject that - especially when you are new to site injections..

Yes, they do hurt, but in a good way. I love site injecting fina. The bi's hurt the most, but they make my muscles peak up like none other. I definately notice results from the fina injections. The inject site will stay bulged up for a week or after the shot.
