I'm six foot something and when I was 18 I was 150, maybe 145, and when I was all juiced up and queer, I was 223 or something like that - call it 220 and I think that is just peachy.
I'm 181 today. dropping about a pound a week.
I think I will probably drop to 170-175 or so and that should be enough.
I'm a runner, hence the desire to shed excess weight.
