Highest was about 205, I think...I've hit that a couple of times.

Right now, I'm around 193-195.

I'm 5'10" and graduated high school at 190# with roughly a 10% BF. My lowest point was in the army when I dropped to 172# for a very short period of time. I'm currently my heaviest being 258# at 12%BF.
