MarthaStewart I'm six foot something and when I was 18 I was 150, maybe 145, and when I was all juiced up and queer, I was 223 or something like that - call it 220 and I think that is just peachy.
Was 180 lbs. Dropped 10 lbs after working out for a year with basically one meal a day. Then took creatine (powder), gained 10 lbs, and never lost it. So I was 190. Got on another creatine cycle, and got upto 198. I am sure it was all water weight because I barely gained any strength, but the weight wouldnt disapper even when I stopped taking it. After that I gained 7 lbs naturally and now 205.
