Why did the budget for the New Orleans Army Corps of Engineers get cut for three years in a row?

Well....the Army Corps of Engineers is busy building democracry in Iraq.

I believe it is now official that there is now more fed posting than non fed posting. How much has the budget been increased under this administration?

Reducing the budget for the New Orleans Army Corps of Engineers and then paying well over 70K/year for people to eavesdrop on internet chatboards? Interesting priorities.
